COVID-19

Dear Community,

As the situation with COVID-19 changes in our country and around the world, we are continuing to monitor and update our policies.  As of April 2022, we have waived the requirement to take a COVID test in order to attend Rendezvous.  We do encourage folks to self-test if you have been in a high-exposure situation, and we ask that you stay home if you are experiencing any symptoms of illness.  We appreciate your patience and flexibility as we learn to navigate this new territory.

What Rendezvous Asks of You:

  • Show a spirit of respect for other people's needs, boundaries, and choices. This is a broad request, but the bare minimum here is that you ask before entering someone's personal space, before hugging or touching, and that you use respectful language towards others at the gathering.

  • If you are sick, stay home for this event. We will help you get a refund or transfer your ticket.

Rendezvous’ Safety Practices:

  • Masks will not be required in general spaces, however we fully support mask wearing for those that choose to do so.

  • Classes will be held outdoors in open-air environments.

  • All staff and instructors will be self-monitoring for symptoms of COVID-19. If they develop symptoms, they will stay home.

  • Extra hand-washing stations and hand-sanitizers will be provided throughout camp.

We understand that the plans and guidelines for this event may not meet the needs of everyone this year, for a variety of reasons. We encourage you to make the choice that is right for you.  Stay tuned for more emails, letters from your coordinators, and more details about the event in the coming weeks.

With Gratitude,

The Leadership Team
